Some training courses are half day, others are full day, but all can be adapted to suit the needs of the client. A mixture of presentation methods is used: Group working sessions; video clips are shown; some role-playing in a few courses; practical demonstrations.  Continuous assessment during the course and a final assessment exercise lead to the award of a Certificate of Achievement upon satisfactory completion.
